===== 개요 =====
Device API 구현은 모바일 앱 어플리케이션에서 웹 뷰 영역의 자바스크립트 엔진과 네이티브 엔진간의 통신을 기반으로 하는 Phonegap 플러그인 아키텍처 패턴을 이용하여 \\
Android, iOS 플랫폼을 동식에 지원할 수 있는 Device API를 구현한다.\\
